Notable results in celebrated cases have been achieved in intellectual property, patent infringement and commercial cases with settlements totally more than $75 billion dollars. A career highlight is the collaboration with Retired Federal Judge, Thomas Lambros who is the architect of innovative dispute resolution technique called the Summery Jury Trial.

A leader in settlement psychology, Dr. Gordon has helped clients and lawyers in notable cases. The tobacco trials are an example. He conducted jury research which for the State of Texas, which contributed to the largest settlement in history. He's consulted with the Justice Department on high profile criminal cases such as the Oklahoma City Bombing. Gordon's special interest in criminal cases involves restorative justice for crime victims.
